Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delays
Saltwater Beauty Co. is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or postal disruptions.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you safely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
If your order is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your package reaches your destination country. Saltwater Beauty Co. is not responsible for these charges—customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees.
Address Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
