Welcome to Saltwater Beauty Co. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

- Saltwater Beauty Co. is an Australian-based sole trader business (ABN: 22 396 287 337).
- All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and product availability at any time.

2. Product Use

- Our products are intended for external use only.
- Customers must follow all instructions provided with the product.
- We recommend a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Saltwater Beauty Co. is not liable for misuse of products.

3. Orders & Payments

- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
- We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit card, and Afterpay (where available).
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

4. Shipping

- We currently ship Australia-wide.
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Saltwater Beauty Co. is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect details.

Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind

- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on lash products once opened.
- If your product is unused and unopened, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@saltwaterbeautyco.au.
- We may request photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, you can choose a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged.

4. Exchanges

- We do not currently offer exchanges due to the nature of our products.
